Expert Level. A consecutive participation to module 1 and 2 is required.

As a Six Sigma Black Belt, you are responsible for the successful implementation of ambitious Six Sigma projects. You apply methodology, statistics and project management for successful project performance. You are valuable "consultant" for the operational management. These two modules (2x5 days) will train you to coach Green Belt projects successfully.
