It goes without saying that our trainers all stand out due to their competence and experience. What else makes them so remarkable? All of our trainers have backgrounds in the industry. They themselves were managers and executives for many years, and they of all people understand the tasks which their

participants and coachees face. Instead of teaching vague theory, they all offer valuable and tried-and-true experience for a practical approach to everyday work life. And they do so in a agreeably authentic and approachable way. You’ll see: learning from them is a pleasure.

 Matthias Weber

After a practical training as a mechatronics specialist, Matthias Weber specialized in a technical / economic study with a focus on production management. As a Masterand at Mbtech & Consulting, he became acquainted with Lean Management and Development where he gained his first project experience. At the International Technical Service of Stihl, he was responsible for the flow of information from the global market. His tasks included market analyzes, product specifications and the coordination of product-related optimizations. He also led the project with the aim of streamlining the global reporting structure, moderated KVP meetings and carried out process mappings. In addition, he qualified as a communication trainer. Since 2015 he is an associate at Staufen AG.
 Jürgen Weber

Jürgen Weber is advisor and supervisor of change processes within the WIEPROconsulting department at SEW-EURODRIVE GmbH & Co KG. He focusses on refining or newly developing the methods of the SEW value creation system. Having shaped the electronics assembly systems over 4 years, he now supervises the administrative areas with the main focus on development and sales and distribution. His previous employers include Freudenberg GmbH; he gained experiences as process advisor and organisational developer as well as in production segmentation and customer-order related final assembly.
 Julia Weismüller
Julia Weismüller is at Staufen a member of the machine engineering team. She’s responsible within Staufen to advise companies to achieve lean operational excellence in logistics supported by SAP. She started her professional career as business analyst for a Swedish automotive parts company. Besides business improvement projects she was responsible for the lean improvement process within the production of the Thule GmbH. Within Celesio AG she implemented successfully an integrated accounting process within SAP (CO and FI) for group internal IT services. For Murrelektronik she launched IT tools to optimize the manufacturing process and delivery performance. Additionally she has to introduce the overseas subsidiaries in China and USA to Murrelektronik lean supply chain standards and support them succeeding their efforts to excellence.
 Dirk Wettlaufer

Dipl.-Ing. Dirk Wettlaufer graduated in mechanical engineering from Dortmund Technical University (majoring in technical operational management). During his studies, he worked at the Fraunhofer Institute for Material Flow and Logistics in various industrial projects. At Albrecht Jung GmbH & Co KG, Electromechanical Devices and Systems, he held a number of different positions and was appointed plant manager of the Luenen plant in 2000. The main focus of his work is on production, logistics and the design of the entire process chain in accordance with lean management principles. During a factory planning project, he had the opportunity of restructuring the operation of the entire plant in line with the principles of Lean Management and production. He also imparts this knowledge at the Hesse Vocational Academy as part of the bachelor course in mechanical engineering.
 Michael Wiedemann

Michael Wiedemann has been responsible in personnel development for the further technical training of industrial mechanics at SEW-EURODRIVE GmbH & Co KG since 1990. The main focus of the master mechanic and specialist in industrial education is in the areas of production management, CNC technology and quality management, auditing and team development.

Marc Wiedmann is consultant in the WIEPROconsulting department at SEW-EURODRIVE GmbH & Co KG since 2017. He completed a dual study program for mechanical engineering at SEW and joined the new founded group WIEPROsupport in 2013. Within WIEPROconsulting, he is primarily responsible for the implementation of change projects at international locations in Asia. He initiates and supports comprehensive change projects that deal with the topics of material and information flow design, process optimization and layout design. Furthermore, he leads training sessions about waste-less working systems and future work – Industry 4.0.
 Udo Wiegärtner

Udo Wiegärtner works as Agile Innovation Coach at conplement AG in Nuremberg. On the one hand, he helps teams to grow their agile mindset and to make use of agile frameworks like Scrum. On the other hand, he facilitates Design Thinking workshops (also at adidas group) to let teams be even more innovative. Udo has a longtime background as Scrum Master, Product Owner and Agile Coach and loves to share his ideas and experience in talks and keynotes on a regular basis. He is also one of the initiators of the “Agile Leadership Conference” at the Imperial Castle in Nuremburg.
 Sven Winkler

Sven Winkler is working as an Agile Innovation Coach at conplement AG in Nuremberg. He works best with agile teams and organisations with innovative methods like Design Thinking and Lean Startup. As a graduate in computer science he developed software, projects and products himself for years. As a Management Consultant he focuses on Agile Methods especially Scrum and Lean Software Development. Sven shares his ideas about agility, product development and teams in his blog and is a co-organizer of the successful user group "Agile Monday" in Nuremberg.
 Peter Woletz

Current and future trainings of this trainer

Peter Woletz is Head of Assembly at Maquet and responsible for the production of all operating table systems. His focus is on the reconstruction of the assembly into a lean factory. The optimization of the whole value chain and the passion to support the assembly team in the change process day by day, ensure a sustainable improvement and the way to a lean company. Before that he implemented a practical training process in the production as qualification manager in the technical area. As responsible person for the implementation of lean methods particularly the management of employees, the realization of the actions and the control of the implemented standards were in focus. Process optimization in different technologies and branches brought him excellent experiences for the application of lean methods in practice.
 Tobias Wolf

Current and future trainings of this trainer

Tobias Wolf has been working as consultant in the WIEPROconsulting department of SEW-EURODRIVE GmbH & Co KG since 2004. The graduate industrial and business engineer (Dipl.-Wirt.Ing.) has carried out numerous improvement projects at the Bruchsal electronics plant. Since early 2011, he has been in charge of the Graben-Neudorf assembly plant. The main focus is on the realisation of cost savings and cycle time reductions as the result of consistent process orientation in assembly and logistics. In addition, he supervised various manufacturing projects and played a major role in the development of lean structures at SEW in China.
