It goes without saying that our trainers all stand out due to their competence and experience. What else makes them so remarkable? All of our trainers have backgrounds in the industry. They themselves were managers and executives for many years, and they of all people understand the tasks which their

participants and coachees face. Instead of teaching vague theory, they all offer valuable and tried-and-true experience for a practical approach to everyday work life. And they do so in a agreeably authentic and approachable way. You’ll see: learning from them is a pleasure.

Marvin Kacir worked as a research associate and consultant at the Fraunhofer Institute for Production Engineering and Automation after studying industrial engineering with the focus on mechanical engineering at RWTH Aachen University. In the factory planning and production management department, he dealt with the planning of factories, the optimization of assembly and production processes, with value stream design and production strategy planning. Customers of the consulting projects were mainly customers from the mechanical and plant engineering as well as the automotive industry. Marvin Kacir has been a consultant at Staufen AG since 2015.
Franz Josef Kaiser is Head of Sales of the electronic components manufacturer FEIG Electronic Ltd. For over 30 years. Since the beginning of his career he is responsible for the profitable worldwide growth of focus markets in Europe, North America and Asia. His work is focused on strategy development, care of key accounts and securing strategy implementation. He is characterized by an excellent customer relationship management. Since 2013 he successfully leads the Lean initiative at Sales department. He develops the topic Lean Sales actively and coaches internal and external sales employees.
Dusan Kalabic is a production specialist who has gone through all production stages. His apprenticeship as a mechanic, was followed by a long-term production practice directly at the machine. He successively worked on all levels of production: skilled worker, group leader, shift master, master, production manager, manager of the production technician loops, manager of production technology and tool prototype construction. His technology know-how in the field of chipping, especially in the production of hard materials, round off his professional profile. He also taught various technical subjects in adult education. He gained basic experience for the application of Lean methods in practice, through various process optimization projects in several manufacturing technologies. Since mid-2010, he has been working as project manager at Staufen AG in production-oriented projects in Germany and China.

Michael Kieser started his apprenticeship as a toolmaker at GARDENA in 1990. In the following years, he concentrated on his studies in the department "Plastic technology" at the Technical University in Aalen. For his dissertation, he came back to Heuchlingen. In 2001, he became Team Leader, afterwards Production Manager and then Change Agent for HOS (Husqvarna Operating System). In 2012, he took over the plant management in Ulm. Since October 2014, he leads both plants Ulm and Heuchlingen. He united teams of employees of both separate plants about all hierarchy levels in order to become considerably flexible and faster throughout all divisions.
 Jens Kittlitz

Jens Kittlitz has been working for SEW-EURODRIVE GmbH & Co. KG since 1991 in the training department and in diverse cutting production areas. After the completion of his training as an industrial mechanics followed a long-term production practice in the fields of operating and fitting CNC lathe and cutting machinery. Further qualifying himself as a technician, he has been working as an instruction master since 2010, focusing on conventional CNC lathe machinery as well as on examining and team building.
Simon Klink began his career as a software developer for several years. His focus was on the development of production-related software in the automotive and medical industry, including role and hierarchy concepts as well as data modeling and database systems. He later headed Engineering Change and Supply Chain topics in the Car Multimedia division of Robert Bosch Malaysia. At Staufen Shanghai, Mr. Klink worked in China as a consultant and trainer with a focus on Smart Factory planning and Industry 4.0, which he subsequently expanded at Staufen AG in Germany. In addition to his studies focusing on Automation Technology (Germany), Corporate Strategy (USA), and Economics (China), he holds certificates for the Bosch Production System, simulation tools such as Siemens Tecnomatix Plant Simulation, and a Six Sigma Green Belt. Since 2017, Simon Klink has been working as Project Manager at STAUFEN.DIGITAL NEONEX GmbH.
 Harald S. Knoke

After studying aerospace engineering, Harald S. Knoke joined Fairchild-Dornier as a Design Responsible Engineer within the 328JET program, later he took over the position of the Program Manager 328/228. He was responsible for punctual development, production and delivery of the aircraft and the optimization of the corresponding processes. Later he worked as a project manager at VIP Completions for Lufthansa Technik. After that, in the role of a senior manager, he was responsible for the management and efficient transformation of the purchasing area (systems, structures & avionics) as well as for processes & strategy within the material management. As a Senior Project Manager, he took over responsibility for Lean Management's introductory programs of VIP Completion, as well as at various domestic and foreign subsidiaries with various lean transformation projects in 2008. In 2013, Harald Knoke joined Staufen AG as a partner, where he leads the Aviation and Space division.
 Fabian Kohl

Fabian Kohl has been working as consultant in the WIEPROconsulting department of SEW-EURODRIVE GmbH & Co KG since 2010. He studied industrial and business engineering and expanded his specialist knowledge in the fields of logistics and lean production. Within WIEPROconsulting, Fabian Kohl is mainly responsible for the realisation of change projects in international locations such as the US, Canada, Singapore and Malaysia. In addition, he supervises optimisation projects in the areas of development and electronic manufacturing at the company's headquarters in Bruchsal.
 Jens Kohlhaas

Jens Kohlhaas joined WIEPRO Consulting at SEW Eurodrive GmbH & Co. KG in 2011. He graduated in Business Administration and Modern Chinese Studies at the University of Cologne. In his professional career he also worked for a logistic service provider in the automotive industry with a focus on inbound logistics. At WIEPRO Consulting Jens Kohlhaas focusses on project work in SEW‘s assembly and production plants in Asia – especially China. Currently he is involved in material flow and process optimization projects in China, Korea, Singapore and Malaysia. In addition he conducts trainings for Lean manufacturing and Lean assembly methods in Germany and abroad.
Pascal Kolb is a consultant in the Automotive Team of Staufen AG. After studying Business Administration and Economics in Wurzburg and Coimbra, he completed his master studies ‘cum laude’ in Supply Chain Management at Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University. During his bachelor, he did an internship at the international business department of Staufen AG in 2014 and gained experience in the automotive industry during an internship at Daimler AG’s motor logistics department in 2015. His passion for lean management brought him back to Staufen AG in 2016. Here, he wrote his company based master thesis about demand fluctuations in value streams which received an excellent rating.
 Jana Kopp
Jana Kopp, born in 1991, is Consultant at STAUFEN.DIGITAL NEONEX GmbH. She developed a maturity model as well as a Business Model Fit Framework for smart products and IoT business models. She also supported the implementation of digital product features and business models for serial products and took over the operational implementation of industry 4.0 use cases in logistics, production planning, maintenance and asset management. She has international industry 4.0 experience in consulting projects in the fields of Smart Factory and Smart Products. Previously, Jana Kopp worked as a project assistant at WITTENSTEIN SE on the topic of industry 4.0 in the future "Cyber-Physical-Systems".
Janice Köser is working at Staufen AG as Academy Manager since 2012. Her career started in 2007 as working student in the event management at Westpac Corporate Banking in Sydney. After finishing her Master of Commerce at the Macquarie University Sydney in 2008, she took over the professional guidance of congresses and cooperation events as Project Manager for WELT GROUP, FOCUS and F.A.Z. at premevent GmbH and Management Circle AG. Through this, she gained far-reaching contacts in economy and industry, science, and politics. Moderation and hosting plenary discussions complete her profile. Since 2011, Janice Köser is lecturer at the International School of Management (ISM) in Dortmund, Frankfurt Main, Cologne, and Stuttgart, teaching Strategic Event Management and MICE. She is member of the Staufen company audit AZAV / ISO 9001 / ISO 29990.

Dr. Georg Kraus is a lecturer at the University of Karlsruhe, the University of Clausthal and the Institut d'administration d'entreprises in Aix-en-Provence. He is the managing director of a company consultancy with focus on change management. Since 1987, Dr. Georg Kraus is a Change Management and Executive Coach. Executive coaching, organizational consulting with focus on the design and implementation of holistic change processes (especially the combination of business process optimization and organizational development) and strategic consulting are also his responsibility. Dr. Georg Kraus completed various additional training courses in systemic consulting, organizational development and coaching.
 Frank Krause

Current and future trainings of this trainer

As head of the competence development, he is responsible for the professional development of the Staufen AG. At ZF Getriebe GmbH he started the KAIZEN initiative in 1995 as project manager. As a Senior Associate at Porsche Consulting GmbH, he was responsible for the coaching of customer-oriented executives according to the guidelines of lean production. He initially built "BPS Offices" in several plants for Robert Bosch GmbH. As Head of the Lean Enterprise division, he later was responsible for the worldwide implementation of the Bosch production system at Bosch Rexroth AG. Together with the management staff, he developed individual master plans for the transformation of the individual production sites.
