Diversity is not some sort of mandatory program at Staufen: it is an entirely natural process. When many different cultural backgrounds and generations jointly apply their expertise, it inevitably leads to better results. It therefore goes without saying that we signed the Diversity Charter.
At our company, 14 languages are spoken at 13 locations, and due to the seniority of many
consultants, the age structure of many of our consultants is rather high, with several members over 40. In a survey conducted as part of our “Great Place to Work” award, employees stated that Staufen appreciates people with different origins, genders and sexual orientation and regards them as a benefit to our corporate culture.
