Shaping Transition

The accelerated speed of today’s transitions and dynamic market developments are trends that require top-tier managers to acquire new skills. In addition to general management and strategic finesse, the focus is shifting towards establishing competence in the areas of leadership, change management and continuous improvement of organizational structures and employees.

How do top managers now show discerning judgement in these fields, and how do they integrate their existing strengths into new challenges?

3-phase training program

“Strategic management in practice"

“High-performance organizations and world-class companies"

You will attend one of these courses at our partner institute, the St. Galler Business School in Switzerland. You can expand your knowledge in the field of strategic management or learn more about the "world-class company" approach and how to apply it. You can select which topic appeals to you more.

"Lean management & leadership for managers” (two two-day programs)

Well-honed leadership skills are an indispensable part of the standard repertoire of a top manager, especially in times of uncertainty, but also in times of great opportunities. The core of this module is how you can effectively manage your team and company and consistently move them forward.

“Practical digital strategies for the industry" (2-day program)

“Leadership in an agile environment" (2-day program)

The future-forward topics of digitization and agility are the heart and soul of this phase of the program. Here you can acquire specialist knowledge and discuss among peers how to make your company fit for the digital transformation; alternatively, you can discuss the opportunities that an agile approach offers you in terms of increasing your competitive advantage.

Why this training?

  • You can pursue personal and professional development and make yourself and your company ready for current and future challenges.
  • Enhance your management "toolbox" by adding new competences you need to successfully guide your company through the digital transformation.
  • Expand your repertoire: go from being a "market developer" and strategist to an integrated "people developer” who empowers employees.
  • Prepare yourself to join the Champions League of top management.
  • To achieve this goal, we offer a comprehensive program that was created by and with a wide range of top experts in their respective fields.

This training program is designed for CEOs and senior executive (1st and 2nd tier). It focuses on all managers who want to take a global approach to developing themselves and their skills as well as successfully leading their company through transformation.

The fee for the 10-day program, including certification, is €7,990 when all three phases are booked at the same time.
