Staufen Italia is a company specialized in the lean business planning and, in particular, in the management of the difficult implementation process.
The advisers have gained long lasting experience in companies from any sector, from lean production (such as: automotive, mechanical, electronic) to production on order (such as: installations) to process manufacturing (such as: pharmaceutical) as well as also in the services sector. The concepts of flow, synchronization, elimination of worthless activities yield a profit, if they are applied correctly in any sector, namely industrial sectors and services sector.
