„Short lead times in the definition, development and launch of products ensure short cycles of innovation as well as competitive advantages as the result of optimised cost to revenue ratios.Achieving shorter lead times urgently requires transparency and reliability in the project business. Development and support tasks have to be segmented into value streams and the associated tasks as well as available implementation capacities have to be made transparent and controlled in short cycles.
