Why attend this workshop?
Although many companies have known about and been implementing methods of lean production for many years, not many of them could achieve true success like Toyota. This results mainly from copying tools, instead of taking the basic rules of thinking. The workshop presents a method of management in a lean company, required for achieving true success.
Aim and expected results of workshops
The aim of the workshop is to provide knowledge necessary for introducing changes in the style of management, directed at implementing Lean Manufacturing.
After completing the workshop, its participants:
- will be able to assess the management culture in their company and identify
the main differences between a traditional and lean model of management,
- will understand the principle rules of maintaining and organizing processes
in lean organizations,
- will understand the concept of standardized work for the management,
- will understand how to create a system and infrastructure of management
supporting problem solving.
