Why attend this workshop?
Representatives of senior management are most often people endowed with multidisciplinary knowledge. It is useful to have the tool knowledge of issues occurring in the operational area, in order to better understand the viewpoint of middle management employees and those occupying operational positions. In meeting this need, we have prepared workshops for you dedicated to Representatives of senior management allowing to deepen knowledge concerning the rules and methodology of improving processes in the spirit of Lean Manufacturing.
Aim and expected results of workshops
The aim of the workshop is to provide senior management representatives with knowledge in the scope of Lean Manufacturing methodology.
After completing the workshop, its participants:
- will gain basic knowledge in the scope of Lean Manufacturing methodology,
- will gain knowledge and basic abilities required to manage a Lean organization in the spirit of continuous improvement,
- will gain knowledge on the possibilities of Lean tools and competences
connected with their effective implementation.
