Why attend this workshop?
The need for improvement is one of the basic factors conditioning success in the implementation of Lean Manufacturing. Because improvement is a part of all employees of a company, the significance of awareness of every team member takes on particular importance in terms of rules, aim, method and benefits resulting from the use of Lean Manufacturing tools in a company.
In meeting this need, we have prepared workshops for you dedicated to employees of operational positions, not having knowledge in the scope of improving processes in the spirit of Lean Manufacturing.
Aim and expected results of workshops
The aim of the workshop is building a basic level of Lean awareness necessary for the implementation of tools stabilizing and improving processes.
After completing the workshop, its participants:
- will obtain basic information about Lean Manufacturing,
- will understand the idea of Lean Manufacturing,
- will gain basic knowledge and abilities connected with stabilizing
production processes,
- will gain knowledge necessary to eliminate wastage in production
and production-related areas of the plant.
