Production Planning in the Pull System
Why attend this workshop?
Information stir directly influences the development of wastage in companies. Often information is not very precise, does not reach the correct places or reach their recipients too late. The effects of such situations are:
- excess reserves,
- unplanned production line standstills,
- problems with resource management (human resources, productivity,
raw materials and components),
- expensive special transport.
PULL system is one of the main pillars of the Just-in-time System. It is a method of steering production, in which processes at the bottom of the value stream inform processes at the top of the stream of their demand. Production planning in the Pull system aims at eliminating wastage.
