Why attend this workshop?
Policy Deployment (Jap. Hoshin Kanri) is one of the key operations influencing the competitiveness of companies. Skillful connection of business/strategic aims of a company/corporation with tactical and operational aims of every organizational entity is the key for integrating the entire company around one common goal.
Hoshin Kanri is a planning and managing tool used on two levels:
- the level of strategic planning - systematic planning of long-term indicators
- the level of operational management – everyday monitoring of key
operational indicators, reacting to problems occurring and continuous
improvement.
Aim and expected results of workshops
The aim of the workshop is the presentation of key concepts of planning and management in a lean company in order to achieve success.
After completing the workshop, its participants understand:
- why Policy Deployment is a key element of lean,
- what the process PDCA looks like at each level of management,
- how to achieve consensus thanks to the "catchball" approach,
- how long it takes to ensure the maintenance of changes.
