The workshop Basic Tools of Lean Manufacturing is a one-day workshop introducing to Lean Manufacturing, during which the main tools used in implementing and improving production systems are presented at a basic level.This workshop constitutes an excellent expansion of the workshop The World Class Manufacturing System – basics.
Aim and expected results of workshops
The aim of the workshop is:
- presenting the participants with knowledge about Lean Manufacturing tools,
which are used in implementing and improving production processes,
- convincing participants to the necessity of introducing changes in the organization
based on Lean Manufacturing.
After completing the workshop, participants will be prepared to participate in teams implementing the Lean Manufacturing philosophy.

The workshops are particularly targeted at:
- employees responsible for: production management, the process of continuous
improvement, planning processes, maintaining flow, managing a group of
employees, realization of administration and financial processes,
- middle management representatives,
- value streams leaders,
- immediate production employees,
- remaining representatives of support departments.
