KANBAN - basics

Why attend this workshop?

Kanban is the basic element of Toyota’s Production System.

In production systems, kanban has two functions:
-  to inform the process so that it produces parts and
-  to inform the transport employee to transport them.
The first of these functions is fulfilled by the production kanban, the second – transportation kanban. These KANBANS must cooperate creating a Pull System in the organization. During the workshop, aside from theoretical knowledge, practical guidelines will be given, which are necessary for implementing and maintaining best practice.

   kanban,
