The goal and expected results:
The goal of the workshop is to make participants skilful in process improvement methodology using lean techniques. During 3-days workshop you will learn in practice how to transform existing processes into highly flexible, value –adding system using most modern production concepts. Working as a team you will analyse real process, identify improvement potential, define action plan and implement solutions in Cardboard. Experienced trainers will guide you all the time and show how to use video analysis, audits and cardboard engineering for process improvement. These tools will support you in future activities of waste elimination. You will get to know how to design optimal value added processes, how to optimize material flow and create standards.
