We convey this in our “Train the Trainer” intensive workshop.

1. You will deepen your specialist knowledge; learn to manage the difficulties of trainer work and how to motivate team members.
2. In the practical workshop lasting several days on the shop floor of the Bilz company you will work together on real processes and thus improve your trainer skills.
