He was Plant Manager at Toyota Tsusho India Pvt Ltd. and senior manager at Daimler India Commercial Vehicles. Furthermore he was Director of Production at Essel Deutschland GmbH, Dresden Senior engineer und shift manager at Toyota Kirloskar Auto Parts, India and Robert Bosch GmbH, India. Raghavan Rao has 8 years consulting experience in Lean Transformation, Lean training programs and Lean expert education.

Markus Reichert since 2004 works for the department WIEPROconsulting at SEW-EURODRIVE GmbH & Co. KG. At the beginning he was responsible for optimization projects in national and international production sectors and maintained widespread restructurings of the SEW-EURODRIVE sites. For several years now, he is responsible for change projects within the development area and leads WIEPROconsulting since 2010.

During the last years he was responsible for “Global Processes und Operational Excellence” in the business area “Controllable Actuation of blade shafts”. Before, he was responsible for Order Fulfillment & Lean Management.

Markus Riegger started his career as a CIP improvement manager at Daimler AG. As an MPS expert and MPS expert coach, he was responsible for the implementation of the Mercedes-Benz production system in South Africa, the Netherlands and the German locations of the Mercedes Car Group. In projects like the construction of the Maybach manufactory and production concepts for special protection vehicles, he acquired small series competence. As head of the MPS Office in South Africa, he has created and implemented a holistic concept for lean transformation for the plant. In his last position as Head of DCPS Direct Processes at the Mercedes Truck Group, he was responsible for implementing Shop Floor Management and coaching at the Wörth plant as well as at FUSO in Japan. He is responsible for competence building and management coaching at Staufen AG. Since January 2014 he is a senior partner for the Shop Floor Management Team.
Andreas Rippberger, born in 1965, has been an independent consultant, interim manager and managing director since 1993. Since 2000 he has been a lecturer and project manager at the St. Gallen Business School and the Management Academy St. Gallen. He has also been Director Consulting at the St. Gallen Business School since 2003. In addition, he took over the management of project management and management in different companies with different tasks as a member of the management or managing director.
In his role at ABICOR Binzel, Thomas Rohrbach was significantly involved in the development of the Indian and Chinese business. He later led the coordination and development of the worldwide Manufacturing Network with a focus on the integration and optimization of six Chinese factories (WFOE's and JV's). In addition to strategic planning, Thomas Rohrbach held Kaizen workshops around the world. Cost reduction by successful China sourcing was also one of his main focus areas. Prior to his work at Staufen AG, he was responsible for a wide range of operational excellence projects in Europe, but his focus was always on projects in China. From 2008 to 2011 he was CEO of Staufen Shanghai in China. The majority of his projects had to do with Lean transformation of state-owned but foreign-funded producers in China. His key experience in the industry is in the field of Automotive tier 1 and tier 2 suppliers as well as the mechanical engineering industry. Since 2012 Thomas Rohrbach has been working as a Senior Partner of the International Business at Staufen AG and is the managing director and co-founder of Staufen.Digital.Neonex since 2016.
Dr. Andreas Romberg is a Lean specialist in development and production. After his training as a mechanical engineer (production and precision engineering), he worked as a university assistant and process consultant and promoted in the field of production technology and company organization. He gained extensive line experience during his 12 years in the automotive supply industry as production and as plant manager. During this time, he acquired extensive experience in the implementation and application of Lean methods and was responsible for numerous new acquisitions. Since mid-2003, he has been a consultant at Staufen AG. As a senior partner, he is responsible for innovation and product creation.
During his studies as an economic engineer, Patrick Rösner wrote his final work in the automotive sector. Within this framework he worked on a project to optimize a production control according to Lean principles, which included a value stream analysis and the design and introduction of a kanban control. He also accompanied a project to optimize a Shop Floor Management system, which he implemented through daily process support and coaching. At the same time, he actively participated in PDCA projects and actions for shortage analysis / optimization, such as 24 hour analyzes and TOM workshops (Time Optimized Maintenance). He works working for Staufen AG since 2015.
 Stephan Roßner
Following the technical studies, Stephan Roßner worked for four years on the introduction of lean workflows and material flows in the European automotive industry. By switching to the purchasing department, he was able to intensify this experience in working with international suppliers. In carrying out various functions in the area of supplier management, he has acquired expert knowledge in the areas of purchasing and practical experience in the use of Lean methods. As a European Supplier Quality Manager, he was responsible for setting up and managing the supplier quality range for nine factories. Since the end of 2002 he has been a consultant at Staufen AG. As a partner, he leads the consulting team Purchasing and Supplier Management. Stephan Roßner leads international major projects and worked for four years in China.
 Patrick Ruoff

Patrick Ruoff has worked as a consultant at SEW-EURODRIVE GmbH & Co KG in the WIEPROconsulting department since 2014. He completed the Studium Plus program at SEW (studying mechanical engineering with training to become an industrial mechanic) and gained in-depth knowledge in the areas of assembly and logistics. Within WIEPROconsulting, he is primarily responsible for the implementation of change projects at international locations such as the USA, Canada, and Kazakhstan. He initiates and supports comprehensive change projects that deal with the topics of material and information flow design, process optimization and layout design. Furthermore, Patrick Ruoff also leads training sessions about lean production in German and English.
