It goes without saying that our trainers all stand out due to their competence and experience. What else makes them so remarkable? All of our trainers have backgrounds in the industry. They themselves were managers and executives for many years, and they of all people understand the tasks which their

participants and coachees face. Instead of teaching vague theory, they all offer valuable and tried-and-true experience for a practical approach to everyday work life. And they do so in a agreeably authentic and approachable way. You’ll see: learning from them is a pleasure.

After completing his apprenticeship as an industrial salesman at the chemical company Schülke & Mayr, Philipp Naujoks graduated as Master of Business Administration at the University of Cologne and the National University of Singapore. During his Masters, he had his focus on supply chain management issues. He gained practical experience during his internship in different consulting companies with projects in the automotive industry and the energy industry. Following his studies, he led various optimization and strategy projects in support functions of the RWE Group as an internal consultant. In addition to further Lean expertise, he gained experience in the field of project management and coordination. Philipp Naujoks is part of the Staufen Operational Excellence team since 2016.

Prof. Dr. Robert Neumann successfully completed his doctorate degree in Applied Business Administration in Klagenfurt in 1994. Since then, he has been active as a university professor and guest lecturer in Austria and abroad. Since 2001, he is Scientific Director of the university course "Academic Business Manager" of the Austrian Federal Economic Chamber. Since 2008, he is Scientific Program Manager for the executive management development at the St. Gallen Business School. Until 2012, he also led the degree programs at the St. Gallen Business School – Master Diplome St. Gallen AG. He focuses on leadership, leadership, organizational development, and change management.
Dr. Alexander Nichau

Dr. Alexander Nichau, Physicist, graduated from RWTH Aachen in Semiconductor Physics. During his PhD, he worked in leading research groups at Forschungszentrum Jülich, imec / Leuven, ESRF Grenoble. In his research, he collaborated with nearly all leading semiconductor manufacturers in process technology and applied stochastics in the context of pilot lines. His publication list contains almost 40 papers and conference contributions. After his graduation, Alexander was in the lead for product development at leading companies for data analytics and software technology. In cloud computing his team at Host Europe Group developed the first commercial OpenStack platform in Europe. At 4tree GmbH he developed a platform for Big Data analysis and participated in the acquisition by McKinsey Periscope Solutions. He has been programming computers since he was 8 years old and started his first software company at the age of 18. His company niologic is a consultancy for data strategies and implementation of complex data analytics and predictive analytics. Clients include leading European brands as well as hidden champions from SME.
 Rene Niggli
René Niggli has worked for ELESTA relays GmbH as Commercial Director / CFO and Member of the Executive Board since 2008. Previously, he worked as CFO, product manager and project leader in a Swiss ERP company. As the person in charge of lean office, he transposed the lean approach of ELESTA relays GmbH from production to administration and continuously developed and improved a lean office with interdisciplinary teams. In addition, the graduate business manager (EMBA FHO) combines his specialist expertise in the areas of finance and accounting, IT and taxation with the principles of lean methodology.
Hanno Nofkin has been involved in EnBW's information security management since 2007, where he has built up the security management process of the internal IT service provider. Currently his focus is on cloud security and security in agile software development. Prior to this, he was a Group Information Security Officer at the DZ BANK Group. There, he has accompanied the change of the BSI standard 7799 according to ISO 17799 and subsequently to ISO 27001. As Operational Risk Coordinator (Basel II), he has anchored the concerns of information security management in business processes. gained his technical background during the early years of the raising Internet at one of the largest banks IT service providers in Germany. He was responsible for the conception, implementation, and operation of revolutionary IP oriented security measures. Hanno Nofkin is Certified TeleTrusT Information Security Professional and a Certified ISO 27001 Auditor incl. IT Security Catalog of the Federal Network Agency, ITIL V3 Foundation.
