They themselves were managers and executives for many years, and they of all people understand the tasks which their

participants and coachees face. Instead of teaching vague theory, they all offer valuable and tried-and-true experience for a practical approach to everyday work life. And they do so in a agreeably authentic and approachable way. You’ll see: learning from them is a pleasure.

Uwe Hackbarth is a communications, rhetoric and trainer at various German and Austrian radio and television stations. He is coach at Roland Berger Consultants and a lecturer in communication at the University of Television and Film Munich, University of Applied Sciences Mittweida (FH), Management Academy St. Gallen and St. Galler Business School. Within the St. Galler Business School his focus is on “Personal Image”. This includes e.g. language, (non-verbal) communication, rhetoric, body language, articulation, breathing technique and voice formation. Further, he trains professionals in camera coaching, presentation planning and structuring and interviews. As personality coach, he concentrates on crisis and conflict management.
 Michael Hahn

As a Senior Partner, Michael Hahn leads a team of Lean Manufacturing experts with a focus on automotive. Already before joining Staufen AG, he was able to implement Lean principles and thoughts based on the Toyota production system as project engineer of the Japanese planning service provider Chiyoda in the project A-Class Brazil. At Staufen AG, Michael Hahn was responsible for numerous projects regarding the development and implementation of holistic production and value-added systems. His professional focus is on supporting companies in holistic lean transformation, the development of value-oriented factory concepts and the design and implementation of training programs for Lean experts and executives. As a management trainer and coach, he is operation at leading automotive manufacturers as well as in the automotive supply industry.
 Bernhard Heep

Bernhard Heep has been a consultant and trainer in the "Lean Management Consulting" department of MTU Aero Engines AG in Munich since 2007. For more than 20 years, he has been supporting change projects with different focuses (i.e. the introduction of teamwork at MTU's parent company). Since 2013, he has mainly been involved in the introduction of Shopfloor Management and supports additional locations of the MTU Group as project manager for Shopfloor and Office Management.
 Klaus-Hasso Heller

Klaus-Hasso Heller (geb. 1967) entwickelte schon in seiner Kindheit großes Interesse für das väterliche Unternehmen. Bei Rundgängen mit seinem Vater über das Betriebsgelände fand er es bereits als kleiner Junge faszinierend, zu sehen, wie in den Fabrikhallen Gussspäne in Loren abtransportiert wurden. Nach dem Abitur 1987 studierte er bis 1994 Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen in Paderborn. Erste berufliche Erfahrungen sammelte er in der Vertriebsabteilung eines Anlagenbau- und Engineering-Unternehmens. Drei Jahre später wechselte er als Vertriebsingenieur zu einem süddeutschen Automobilzulieferer. 1999 kehrte er als Assistent der Geschäftsleitung nach Aerzen zurück. 2000 trat er seine Position als Geschäftsführer an, wobei eines seiner großen Ziele darin besteht, die Firma als Familienunternehmen mit Erfolg zu erhalten. Seither richtet Klaus-Hasso Heller sein Augenmerk besonders auf den Ausbau der Gruppe Aerzen durch die Gründung neuer internationaler Tochtergesellschaften sowie auf die Modernisierung des Standorts Aerzen. Neben seiner Tätigkeit für die Aerzener Maschinenfabrik engagiert er sich als Vorstandsvorsitzender im Landesverband Nord des Verbands Deutscher Maschinen- und Anlagenbaue (VDMA).
 Daniel Hens
After studying business administration, Daniel Hens worked as an assistant to the management and gained insight views of all substantial divisions and processes, before gathering first management and project management experience as a marketing manager. As a long-term sales manager, he was able to expand his organizational and conceptual skills and applied those in numerous sales and marketing projects. The analysis and optimization of procedures in the order processing process was as much a part of his activities as the implementation of Shop Floor Management in the sales department. In sales as well as company-wide, he was responsible for the change and reorientation of processes at different projects. Since October 2014 Daniel Hens has been working as Project Manager at Staufen AG.
 Martin Herms

Martin Herms is CEO of the Albrecht JUNG GmbH & Co. KG in Schalksmühle. After his apprenticeship training in electrician trade and following studies, he started his career in 1990 at Weidmüller, a leading company for automation engineering, where he was in charge of different technical and managing positions. Afterwards he changed to Hella in Lippstadt, an innovative company of the automotive industry. He became Vice President of the business unit Electronic with several international production and development locations. Since 2007 he is CEO of JUNG and responsible for product development, product management, quality management and production facilities.
Dr. Mark Hiller

Dr. Mark C. Hiller studied Economic Science at the University in Kaiserslautern/Germany and at the Babcock Graduate School of Management in the USA. After various consulting projects he obtained his PhD in 2002 at the Centre for Production Technology at the University of Kaiserslautern. In 2003, Dr. Hiller started in the RECARO Group: At first in the Holding as Head of Synergy Management, later he headed Customer Affairs at RECARO Aircraft Seating, signing responsible for Sales, Program Management and Customer Support. In 2007, Dr. Hiller was promoted to the executive board as Chief Operations Officer. In April 2012, he was appointed as Chief Executive Officer of RECARO Aircraft Seating. In 2014 Dr. Hiller also became shareholder of the company.
Dr. Urs Hirt studied chemistry at the Technical College for applied sciences in Reutlingen (Germany) and at the University of Basel (Switzerland). In 2000, he promoted at the University of Basel. Dr. Urs Hirt worked in the international chemical industry at Ciba and BASF. At BASF, he was responsible for the implementation of various global lean management projects in operations and innovation management as well as the transformation of entire locations. At Ciba, Dr. Urs Hirt was the secretary of the Executive Committee and responsible for senior projects as well as for several departments and technologies. At Staufen AG, he is a member of the management board of Staufen.Inova AG Switzerland, he manages a team of senior consultants and supports his clients in the fields of strategy, lean implementation, process design and development.
