It goes without saying that our trainers all stand out due to their competence and experience. What else makes them so remarkable? All of our trainers have backgrounds in the industry. They themselves were managers and executives for many years, and they of all people understand the tasks which their

participants and coachees face. Instead of teaching vague theory, they all offer valuable and tried-and-true experience for a practical approach to everyday work life. And they do so in a agreeably authentic and approachable way. You’ll see: learning from them is a pleasure.

Dr. Christian Abegglen has more than 25 years experience in implementation and management of consulting projects for the development of strategies, corporate dynamics and sales concepts as well as reorganizations on the management and corporate level of renowned international corporations as well as medium-sized companies. Through his expertise he is active in the assessment of business plans, management strategies and succession regulations. As a management coach, he has already conducted over 2000 seminar and workshop days in the executive management area. Dr. Christian Abegglen is author of numerous seminar publications and contributions in the field of integrated management, leadership, strategy and corporate development with the aim of scientifically supporting teaching concepts and methods as well as development of didactic concepts. His current projects are Corporate Dynamics based on the Integrated Management Concept "Business Model Innovation and Network Intelligence" as well as Leader 4.0 against the background of increasing digitization and globalization.
Dr. Klaus Alders
Dr. Klaus Alders graduated in mechanical engineering. He started his working life at Thyssen Stahl AG, followed by two decades in various sectors of Audi AG, almost all of which in management functions in the areas of production, product management and e-business. In 2006, he established the ALDERS VMC GmbH management consultancy. Klaus Alders works in projects on variant and complexity management in close partnership with Staufen AG, contributing his experiences in product management to projects concerning all aspects of the product development process.
 Albrecht Alender
Albrecht Alender is a very experienced consultant, coach and trainer in the implementation, application and coaching of lean principles and production systems. After completing his studies as an industrial engineering, he gained his lean knowledge at Daimler AG as part of his business training as Lean Manufacturing Consultant as well as though workshops in Japan. Since then, he accumulated more than 20 years of practical experience and expert knowledge in various companies and industries, for example in automobile manufacturing, engineering, household items, white goods, etc.). His practical experience makes him an expert especially for indirect areas and development processes. Additionally, his experience as a manager is advantageous for the function as a coach of executives. He has been a Project Manager with Staufen AG since 2014.
 Roger Anders

Roger Anders is Lean Management Expert of BMW AG Purchasing, Quality, Production Cockpit and Interior since 2011.
Christoph Arndt became familiar with Lean methods and approaches as part of his diploma dissertation. After graduating as an Industrial Engineer, he worked in automotive engineering, initially in manufacturing services, where he improved assembly processes and designed workstations, machinery and plants. He also took part in plant structure projects. As Industrial Engineer, he had project responsibility for the restructuring of assembly areas and the installation of a new continuous assembly line. These responsibilities included the development of a production system for the site. He has been working for Staufen AG since November 2011. As a consultant in mechanical engineering, he is involved in the introduction of Lean Production and value creation systems. By plant planning and the implementation of Lean Standards at sheet metal formers he has acquired a high expert knowledge in shaping of sheet.
 Jürgen Arold

Following practical training and a university course, Jürgen Arold embarked on his professional career as a project manager at an automation technology company. He acquired international know-how in production and development as a technical manager in mechanical engineering and long-standing R&D director. Setting up development locations in the Czech Republic and China ranks among his key experiences. Training for SixSigma Black-Belt and Lean Design Innovation supplemented his methodology skills. As Director R&D of Metabowerke GmbH he was responsible for the realignment of the development division, and increased the innovation rate by 50% by way of introducing lean principles. Jürgen Arold has been managing projects at Staufen AG for the realisation of Lean Development since 2010.
 Eniet David Asaah

Eniet David Asaah is a senior expert, trainer and coach in Lean Development Systems. The foundation of his expertise and competence in practice result from his studies at the TU Darmstadt and a 10-year development and a long-term experience as a Lean consultant, trainer, coach and interim manager. Eniet David Asaah‘s worked as a development manager, a project leader, change manager and product designer within various development departments.
After completing his MBA studies, he became an ABB in-house consultant and supervised locations in Germany, Italy and England. For the last 13 years, Eniet David Asaah has been supporting several medium-sized companies in the design and sustainable implementation of lean product creation systems. Other areas of activity are Shopfloor Management- introduction in the development area and the training of Lean experts.
